ACCESSING THE MEMBERSHIP
Q. I can’t seem to login to the private website for Primerry. How do I login?
Welcome to Primerry! You should have received a Customer Account Activation email. You will need to activate your account from this email and set up a password.
Then, you'll be able to login by going to www.primerry.com Click on LOGIN (top right) enter your email address and password (created at time of purchase) to login.
ABOUT THE EPISODES
Q. When do Primerry members receive the new episodes for Primerry?
New Primerry episodes will be available every Sunday. The video will uploaded to the EPISODES tab on www.primerry.com. We will also send you an email every Sunday with a direct link to the latest episode.
Q. How long do I have access to Primerry episodes.
You have access to Primerry episodes and can view them as many times as you wish as long as you are an active member. Episodes do not expire. If you decide to cancel your membership, you will no longer have access to the private, Primerry website or any of the content.
Q. I am not able to download Primerry episodes, why?
Primerry episodes are meant to be viewed online and enjoyed at home with your family. They are not downloadable.
Q. My child is hard of hearing. Are Primerry episodes closed captioned?
Yes! Primerry videos do come with the closed captions. When launching the video, click on the CC on the lower right hand side of the screen to start the closed captions.
Q. What is the best way to submit a photo for the Shout Outs?
If you would like to submit a photo of your child’s artwork, you can email a jpeg to email@example.com. You can also tag us on instagram #primerrykids. Please note we have hundreds of submissions each week and we do our best to include each child.
Tips: Make sure to clean your camera lens for a clean shot PLUS add your child's first name and age in the text not in the photo.
Q. When does the Primerry Newsletter go out?
The Primerry Parent newsletter will be emailed to all active members every Sunday. This email will provide a direct link to the latest Primerry episode and art supply list for the week.
Q. How do I join the Primerry Facebook page?
You can LIKE and FOLLOW Primerry Kids on Facebook or you can click on this link HERE.
Q. Can I use Primerry episodes for private art lessons or in a classroom setting?
No, Primerry videos are meant for families to create fun art together at home. This membership is not intended for teachers and is not intended to be used in an educational setting.

Q. Can I share my login with other extended family members?
No, this memberships comes with a single family user license and can not be shared with extended family members.
Q. I would like to buy a membership for a family member. How do I do that?
When purchasing a membership, you will be asked to set up an account by creating a username (email address) and password. When purchasing for your family member, it's best to use their email address and then set up a password for them. If you have any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Q. Am I automatically billed for Primerry or do I need to re-enroll?
Primerry Members are automatically billed monthly, quarterly (every 3 months) or yearly depending upon your membership. You do not need to re-enroll, memberships will automatically renew monthly, quarterly or yearly until you decide to cancel.
Q. I need to update the credit card on my account.
To update the credit card information on file for your account, go to the Primerry home page and click on the ACCOUNT button. (top right) Then click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION and then click on PAYMENT INFORMATION and update your credit card details. If you have any questions, contact email@example.com
Q. I'd like to switch my membership:
If you would like to change your membership to either monthly, quarterly or yearly, you'll need to cancel your current membership first. To cancel:
- Click on Account (top right)
- Click on Manage Subscription (under your name)
- Click on Cancel Subscription
- Then, purchase the membership level that you would like
Q. Can I suspend my membership?
We do not suspend memberships. Primerry is a rolling membership. You may cancel at anytime and rejoin at the current member's price.
This website and the service it provides contain intellectual property owned by Patty Palmer and ©Primerry. This includes the graphics, images and videos. This is provided to you as part of the Service for your single-family user license.
Memberships services are all individual family subscriptions and can not be shared. One email address and one family per membership subscription.
You have access to all materials presented and offered in this membership site for as long as you are an active member. Once you cancel your membership, you will no longer have access to the private, Primerry website and all of its content.
Primerry stores your name and email address on our servers. Your email address will be used to contact you about account status and other actions initiated on www.primerry.com. We will never sell your email address or use it for any purposes other than contacting you about Primerry concerns.
CREDIT CARD INFO
Credit Card info is not stored on www.primerry.com servers. All credit card orders are processed via our transaction gateways, Paypal and www.authorize.net. All recurring billing is handled via their gateway services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will no longer have access to the private Primerry website and all of its content. We suggest you cancel at the end of your pre-paid term so that you get the full value of your membership. To cancel your membership, login to your Primerry account, then click on Manage Subscription and then on Cancel Subscription.
There are no refunds for membership fees already paid (unless you request an immediate refund within 72 hours of first purchasing your membership).
